Minutes of AGM Meetings

An Annual General Meeting is called of all members, usually during the Summer Conference. The Board of Directors may, at their discretion, convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, or any two members or 10% of the membership, whichever is greater, may convene an Extraordinary General Meeting .

The business of an Annual General Meeting shall include;

(i) The receipt of the reports of the Chairperson and Board of Directors of the Company;

(ii) the consideration of audited accounts (if any) presented by the Board of Directors;

(iii) the election of the Board of Directors;

(iv) a decision on the application of any surplus/profits;

(v) the appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditors (if any).

The Association conducts its affairs through the medium of Welsh and therefore its minutes appear in Welsh only.
